historic financial assurance) was based upon the waste limits. Dur
ng our licensing for cell 56, we were instructed that we needed to i
clude the entire extents of the cover system in the acreage cal
ulations and therefore there was a jump from 14.85 acres to 18.
6 acres for the ash monofill. Areas now are associated with th
extent of the cover system and not with the waste boundary limits.
