February 1, 2012 Update: ROP revision applications pursuant to Rule 216 are now processed by compliance staff. Rule 216 applications should be submitted to MDEQ Air Quality Division, 7953 Adobe Road, Kalamazoo, MI 49009.

Please note that Rule 215 notifications are still sent to the appropriate district office.
