DISPLAY DESCRIPTION
Please provide a description of products/services to be exhibited.

*I understand assignment of vendor display tables will be done on a first-come/first-serve basis, after full payment has been received.  The following items will be provided for each booth, at no additional cost; 2' by 8' skirted table, two chairs, and access to standard 120 volt AC outlets.  (Exhibitors should bring a power strip and/or extension cord for in-booth adjustments.)

Cancellation Policy:  Exhibitor cancellation received by April 1, 2014, is eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations submitted after April 1, 2014.
