To enroll in the Dam Safety Consultant Registry you must be a professional engineer or engineering firm with at least one staff person licensed to practice engineering within the State of Michigan and have an active email address. By submitting the following form you are authorizing the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality to validate your license number as required for inclusion in the registry.

Upon confirmation of having a current license in Michigan, we will provide you with an email containing your logon name and password.
One logon name and password will be issued for each company location. Companies with multiple locations will require separate account information for each location.
If your email address changes you are responsible to update the registry. Failure to keep the registry updated will result in the removal of your account information from the registry.
