Events Awaiting Written Reports |

Facilities are required to report that a CSO discharge event is occurring within 24 hours of the initial discharge. Later, after the event ends, a written report is submitted which will contain additional information including volume of the discharge, and the start/end date and time. The table below shows records of events where MDEQ has not yet received a written report explaining the details of the event. |
