LIFE AFTER ROP: RENEWABLE OPERATING PERMIT REPORTING AND MODIFICATIONS. The DEQ’s Environmental Assistance and Air Quality Divisions present a one-day workshop to help Renewable Operating Permit (ROP) holders understand what is required of them after being issued an ROP. Speakers will provide information about certification and deviation reporting, as well as instruction on how to complete the associated reporting forms. Direction will also be given on the requirements associated with making changes and modifications at a facility after a permit has been issued. Attendees will receive a workbook specially designed for this workshop and will have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with Air Quality Division staff to discuss specific questions.
