Files for ROP documents are named according to the Source Registration Number (SRN), which is a unique identifier for each ROP-subject source. These documents are made available as Word documents (.doc) and to view in either MS-DOS text (.txt) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.

The tables below indicate the current ROP naming convention. Note that the date of the document is included to assure that the most current version is being made available.  Early ROP documents were constrained to a much shorter length; therefore, they were not as clear at indicating what the file contained.

Note:  Historically, the Staff Report and Staff Report Addendum were separate documents located in separate areas on AQD's Internet site. In early 2001, the Air Quality Division developed an integrated Staff Report that includes all ROP-related Staff Reports in a single document. The consolidated Staff Report now provides a complete history of actions (initial issuance, amendments, modifications, reopening, etc.) during the ROP's five year cycle, making it much easier to find the complete documentation for an ROP. Each time an addition is made to a Staff Report, the date on the cover page and in the file name will be changed and the updated Staff Report will replace the previous one. Older Addenda (SRN_ad) that have not yet been converted are located next to the initial Staff Report.
