2010 Update: Due to resource constraints, the Air Quality is
currently not processing ROP revisions. However, the legal requirement for
sources to submit necessary revision applications is still in effect. All
applications are logged upon receipt by AQD. The change is incorporated
into the ROP at the time of permit renewal.
May 2, 2005 Update: Handling of ROP revision applications pursuant to Rule 216
was shifted to the Permit Section staff
in the central office. Therefore, Rule 216 applications should be submitted to MDEQ Air Quality Division,
Permit Section, P.O. Box 30260, Lansing, MI 48909. Rule 215 notifications are still sent to the appropriate district office.
