"Life After ROP" - Source Requirements After Issuance of the ROP

February 1, 2012 Update:  ROP amendments and modifications pursuant to Rule 216 are now being processed by compliance staff.  Rule 216 applications should be submitted to MDEQ Air Quality Division, Kalamazoo District Office, 7953 Adobe Road, Kalamazoo, MI 49009.  Rule 215 notifications should continue to be sent to the appropriate district office.
