to reflect that ROP amendments and modifications pursuant to
Rule 216 are now being processed by compliance staff. As of

Rule 215 notifications continue to be sent to the appropriate district office.
Also, to address questions that had arisen in the past, the
explanatory wording for ROP reporting and compliance
certification submittals and ROP revisions was clarified to
assist companies in ensuring that all legal requirements are
met.
