The following PTI was
issued on May 12, 2008. The permit decision was appealed to the USEPA
Environmental Appeals Board (EAB).
The
EAB released their decision on February 18, 2009. The EAB denied Sierra Club's
appeal in part, but also remanded certain issues to DEQ for further
consideration. The applicant sent a request to void
this permit on May 7, 2009 (received May 11, 2009). The Air Quality
Division voided the permit to install on May 12, 2009.
