Permit to Install (PTI) Application No. 337-08

PTI Application No. 337-08 for the proposed Synagro Detroit, LLC Biosolids Incinerator Facility went through New Source Review (NSR) processing by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), Air Quality Division (AQD). The application and supporting documents were subject to revision during the review of the application in response to MDEQ requirements. The public was encouraged to provide informal comments to assist the MDEQ in identifying issues of concern. Comments were provided to:
