Permit to Install (PTI) Application No. 180-11

PTI Application No. 180-11 for the proposed Orvana Resources U.S. Corp Copperwood Project is currently undergoing New Source Review (NSR) processing by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), Air Quality Division (AQD).  The application and supporting documents are subject to revision during the review of the application in response to MDEQ requirements.  The public is encouraged to provide informal comments to assist the MDEQ in identifying issues of concern.  Provide comments to:
