Permit to Install (PTI) Application No. 50-06B

PTI Application No. 50-06B for the proposed Kennecott Eagle Minerals Company is currently going through New Source Review (NSR) processing by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), Air Quality Division (AQD).  The application and supporting documents are subject to revision during the review of the application in response to MDEQ requirements.  The public is encouraged to provide informal comments at this time to assist the MDEQ in identifying issues of concern.  Comments may be provided to:
