The public comment period has ended and the Department of Environmental Quality has proposed the following Phase II Acid Rain, CAIR, and/or NOx Budget Permits to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for approval:

Those individuals who commented on the draft permit during the 30-day public notice period may send comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, Permits and Grants Section, Mail Code AR-18J, 77 West Jackson Boulevard, Chicago, Illinois, 60604.

When an Acid Rain, CAIR or NOx Budget permit is final, it is incorporated into the associated Renewable Operating Permit (ROP). All ROPs can be found on the AQD website through the sorted lists at the ROP Public Notice Process - Draft, Proposed and Final Permits web site.
