The public comment period has ended and the Department of Environmental Quality has
proposed the following Phase II Acid Rain, CAIR, and/or NOx Budget Permits to the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) for approval:
Those individuals who commented on the draft permit during the 30-day public notice period
may send comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, Permits and Grants
