The Department of Environmental Quality has recently made final decisions on the following permits:

Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminals LP - Permit to Install No. 143-18

The MDEQ has made a decision on Permit to Install No. 143-18.  The summary information below was intentionally left for informational purposes.

The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division (AQD), is proposing to act on Permit to Install (PTI) application No. 143-18 from Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminals, L.P (Sunoco).  The permit application is a request to reduce the overall allowed volatile organic compounds (VOC) emission limit to 95.0 tons per year from 243 tons per year, which is just over a 60% reduction in allowed VOC.  No new emission units are being installed at the facility.  Emissions are controlled by equipment which collects the vapors that may escape when trucks are being filled with fuel.  The proposed permit conditions for VOC emission limits and the requirement to operate control equipment is  part of restrictions required for a federally enforceable opt-out of Title V.

Permit to Install (PTI)

Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminals, L.P (Sunoco) (سانوكو)
