Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminals LP - Permit to Install No. 143-18

The permit application for Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminals LP was approved on April 18, 2019 with modifications.  The modifications included a lowered gasoline and transmix throughput rate from 594.0 to 531.45 gallons per year, and the addition of two new permit conditions regarding tank cleanings. The first is for a limit of two tank cleanings per 12-month rolling time period and the second is a requirement to keep records of the cleanings.

La solicitud del permiso para Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminals LP se aprobó el 18 de abril de 2019 con algunas modificaciones. Las modificaciones incluyen una reducción en el flujo total de gasolina y transmix, de 594.0 galones por año a 531.45 galones por año; y la adición de dos nuevas condiciones relacionadas con la limpieza de los tanques. Una de las condiciones limita a dos el número de limpiezas q se pueden realizar en un período consecutivo de 12 meses y la otra condición requiere mantener los registros del número de limpiezas.
