Conditions for Active Permits to Install Issued since 2002All permit conditions are in Adobe Acrobat format. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat® Reader, you may download the Reader free of charge. The list of companies holding active permits to install is sorted by company name, State Registration No. (SRN), and by county & city.
NOTES: The list is updated every Monday morning by approx. 10:15 AM Eastern Time.
You can use your browser's search function to find a particular PTI. Some of the permits on the list above are General Permits to Install for specific categories. For more information, visit New Source Review General Permits.
If you notice any permit to install missing from the list, it may have been voided and is no longer active; or it may have been voided and rolled into a Renewable Operating Permit (ROP). For a list of ROPs in Michigan, visit ROP Recent Actions and Related Information.
