On
October 21, 2009, the State Office of Administrative Hearings and Rules approved a
Request for Rulemaking
for a revision to Part 18, Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD)
of Air Quality, R 336.2816 and R 336.2830.
The proposed
revision to R 336.2816 is
being developed to modify existing language to be consistent with the
state and federal requirements. The proposed rescission of R 336.2830 pertains
to a recent court ruling that the provision in this rule conflicts with
