SOAHR 2005-035EQ
On June 6, 2005, the State Office of Administrative Hearings and Rules (SOAHR) approved a Request for Rulemaking for additions to Part 6, Emission Limitations and Prohibitions--Existing Sources of Volatile Organic Compound Emissions, R 336.1660 and R 336.1661 (Rules 660 and 661).  The new rules limit volatile organic compound (VOC) content in the consumer and commercial products manufactured, sold, or used in the state of Michigan.
