Amendments to the Air Pollution Control Rules

SOAHR 2005-026EQ
On April 29, 2005, the State Office of Administrative Hearings and Rules (SOAHR) approved a Request for Rulemaking for revisions to the Part 10, Intermittent Testing and Sampling, R 336.2004 and R 336.2005 (Rules 1004 and 1005).  Rule 1004 contains Appendix A, adoption of federal reference test methods; and Rule 1005 provides reference test methods for delivery vessels.  The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Test Method 27 for delivery vessels has been added in Rule 1004.  With these changes, some administrative changes were necessary in Rule 1005.  See also 2005-025EQ for the proposed revision to R 336.1627.

On February 22, 2006, the rules were filed with the Secretary of State and became effective immediately. See the final rules, Agency Report, and Regulatory Impact Statement below for more information.
