On April 21, 2005, an amendment to Part 10, Intermittent Testing and Sampling, R 336.2011,
was filed with the Secretary of State.
The amendment makes a correction to the nomenclature in Subrule (f)(i)
of Rule 1011. A public hearing was held on December 2, 2004. For further information regarding the
