On February 25, 2004, a Request for Rulemaking
was approved for revisions to Part 1,
General Provisions, R 336.1101-1104,
R 336.1105,
R 336.1109, R 336.1112-1114, and R
336.1122, of the Air Pollution Control Rules.
The amendments were filed with the Secretary of State on March 28, 2008, and
became effective immediately. The definitions have been revised, which are used in the New Source Review (NSR) rules being developed and the Prevention of Signification Deterioration (PSD) permitting rules . In addition, the DEQ modified the definition of Volatile Organic Compound in R 336.1122.
