A public hearing was held on December 3, 2001, on the addition of new rules, R 336.1915 and R 336.1916, relating to emissions from start-up, shutdown, and malfunction of source processes and/or process equipment.  The new rules were filed with the Secretary of State on May 20, 2002, and became effective on May 28, 2002.  The final rules, Public Hearing Report, and Regulatory Impact Statement can be viewed by clicking on the buttons below.
