| Amendments to Part 11,
Continuous Emission Monitoring, were filed with the Secretary of State on
March 11, 2002, and became effective on March 19, 2002. The amendments
to R 336.2101, R 336.2150, R 336.2155, R 336.2159, R 336.2170, R 336.2175,
R 336.2189, and R 336.2190 change "commission" to "department" and change
"department of natural resources" to "department of environmental quality."
These amendments also update publications adopted by reference, such as the
date of the publication, addresses of the Department of Environmental
Quality and other agencies, and the cost of the publication.
