| Amendments to Part 6, Emission
Limitations and Prohibitions--Existing Sources of Volatile Organic
Compound Emissions, were filed with the Secretary of State on March 11,
2002, and went into effect on March 19, 2002. The amendments to R 336.1601, R 336.1602, R 336.1604-1608,
R 336.1610, R 336.1615-1619, R 336.1622, R 336.1623,
R 336.1627-1631, R 336.1651 change "commission" to "department" and change
"department of natural resources" to "department of environmental
quality." These amendments also update publications
adopted by reference, such as the date of the publication, addresses of
the Department of Environmental Quality and other agencies, and the cost
of the publication.
