| Amendments to Part 4, Emission
Limitations and Prohibitions--Sulfur Bearing Compounds, were filed with
the Secretary of State on March 11, 2002, and went into effect on March 19,
2002. The amendments to R 336.1401 and R 336.1403 change
"commission" to "department."
