| Amendments to Part 3,
Emission Limitations and Prohibitions--Particulate Matter, were filed with
the Secretary of State on March 11, 2002, and went into effect on March 19,
2002. The amendments to R 336.1301, R 336.1303,
R 336.1330, R 336.1331, R 336.1371, R 336.1372, and
R 336.1374 change "commission" to
"department" and change "department of natural
resources" to "department of environmental quality."
