| The Request for Rulemaking was
withdrawn on May 29, 2001. The amendments to R 336.1103, R 336.1104,
R 336.1107, R 336.1108, R 336.1118, and R 336.1120 to change
"commission" to "department" and change
"department of natural resources" to "department of environmental
quality" will be incorporated into a future rule package.
