| Revisions to the
regulations for the emission of oxides of nitrogen (NOx) from stationary
sources were filed with the Secretary of State on November 26, 2002, and
became effective on December 4, 2002. The revisions to
R 336.1801 and the addition of R 336.1802 through R 336.1817 have been
promulgated to satisfy the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's
requirements for the State Implementation Plan for NOx. The final rules dated August 28, 2002, Public Hearing Report, and Regulatory Impact Statement can be viewed by clicking on the buttons below.
