| A public hearing was held on
April 9, 2001, on proposed rules to amend the Renewable Operating Permit
Rules: R 336.1210 to R 336.1215 and R 336.1299. The rules were filed with the Secretary of State on August 14, 2001, and became effective on August 22, 2001.
