Tuma, Enforcement Specialist, Michigan Department of Environmental, Waste and Hazardous Materials Division supplied the following information from the files: From the draft consent order: 1.8 In a letter dated December 14, 2006, Mr. Ronald King of Clark Hill PLC notified the MDEQ that on or about November 9, 2006, RDD, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Police and Fire Retirement System of the city of Detroit, took an assignment of the real property and assets of the Romulus Deep Disposal Limited Partnership, Remus, and EDS with respect to the Facility. 1.9 According to Mr. King, since securing possession of the Facility on or about mid‑November 2006, RDD has engaged RDD Operations, LLC (“RDD Operations”), to secure and maintain the Facility and to address various operational issues. 1.10 Also according to Mr. King, on or about February 8, 2007, the Board of the Police and Fire Retirement System of the city of Detroit agreed to transfer ownership of the Facility’s assets from RDD to Environmental Geo-Technologies, LLC (“EGT”). This is a sale contingent on the approval of the federal UIC permits, which may of may not happen. Quality RDD Investment Corp., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, with a registered address of 79 Alfred Street, Suite 300, City of Detroit, County of Wayne, Michigan. G.
