The database of recycling collectors, brokers and processors was compiled by the Environmental Science and Services Division of DEQ to provide information about potential markets for Michigan generated recyclable waste materials based on responses from the companies to a number of questions about their operations. The quality of service provided by each company is not known or implied by this listing. The Environmental Science and Services Division does not recommend or endorse the services or products of any particular company listed herein, does not inspect these facilities, and does not represent that the companies are, or are not, in compliance with applicable federal and state environmental laws.

As a generator of waste, you are ultimately responsible for its disposition. Use good judgment when contracting with any entity contained on this list.

To search for a specific location, material or service, enter the requested information desired as stated below and click on "submit".  For example, if you wanted to know all of the Fiber Barrels in Ingham County, you would type in "Ingh" for County, and "M" for Metal Barrels.  If you want all of the Fiber Drum recyclers, just type in "F" after the Fiber Drums category.  If the category desired is not listed, type in a non-category keyword, i.e., tote.  Each search will list up to 10 listings on a page.  (*=Information Not Available)

PLEASE NOTE:  When using the ‘county’ field, be aware that this indicates the company location, not the area served.  Look in the fourth (4^th) column for information about the company type, the minimum amount the company will pick up, the area in which pick up service is provided and any other information that the company provided about its operation.
